This awareness program aimed at clearing the air about what amounts to Sexual Harassment and what does not.

The participants were informed of the legalities with regard to this and were engaged in Group Discussions where they could share their experiences for the purpose of learning.

Ably conducted by Assist India Foundation and facilitated by Hemalatha Swaminathan,4swithin, this awareness program brought to light several underlying thoughts and beliefs which confuse the employees and often affect teamwork.
